Reason why should it be accepted: this role would act as a con artist except where the higher the robbery level is the more you could steal/More places you can rob, and more Money makes robbing also make it so they can rob important places and also sell what they steal for those places to the black market. For example, Police Records and City Blueprints from LV SF and LS PDs, Stealing Army grenades/RPGs and Vehicles, and SWAT spikes and SWAT bombs. (if not for civilians make it for Yakuza or Faction X)

Also, I truly believe making a Discord Bot that alerts LEOs online of the situation in-game is also difficult.

Having a con artist role where you get more money will affect the server's economy and we cannot allow that,as for selling what you steal,that kind of a robbery might be implemented in the near future.
