Reason why should it be accepted: As the title says, I think it would be amazing if you cannot be arrested while you're shooting at the cops with a gun, a lot of times I've tried to start shootout with a cop then all the sudden they rush at you quickly and arrest even while you're using your gun. It will be more fair and fun for everyone could add a timer or smth so the cops can arrest you if you aren't shooting.

I am :p I meant is to let us have more fun with the cops instead of only driving around with your car (attempting not to let them catch you) we could also have a chance to have gunfight against cops but at this moment we are unable to do so you'll be arrested immediately
